Dimitar Ionkov

Dimitar Ionkov has over 20 years of professional experience in the IT and business fields. He has excellent technical and business skills. For more than 16 years, he has been involved in developing and delivering training on Microsoft Office and technical applications, as well as developing leadership skills.
He has experience in international companies in various industries and has held positions as Customer Service Representative, Technical Expert, Regional Manager for EMEA customers, Operations Manager, Capability Development Manager. For the last 5 years, he has been actively involved in Customer Relationship Management working with companies based in the USA and Europe. His diverse professional experience has a significant impact on the way he conducts training because he can provide a wide range of concrete examples, which in turn brings a higher added value to the trainees.
Dimitar is a highly qualified Microsoft® Office and ITIL® Medium OSA trainer, which helps him to better understand customer processes and place Microsoft® Office knowledge in the context of work processes. Thanks to his diverse experience of working with clients and partners from different countries and completing successful international projects, he has practical knowledge in the areas of leadership, soft skills, and entrepreneurship, which he shares during the courses.
